Last updated: October 25, 2026. This site collects very little. Here is exactly what, what for, and who it passes through.
What data do we collect?
If you use the context hints generator: your offer description, your website address if provided, your sector, target, goal and chosen language. Do not enter any personal or confidential data.
If you unlock the full version: your work email address, linked to the description you entered.
In every case: the host’s technical logs (IP address, browser, date), used for site security and to limit abusive use of the generator.
We use no tracking cookies, no audience analytics and no advertising pixel. Fonts are hosted on the site: no call to a third-party font server.
Why, and on what basis?
Generating your context hints: performance of your request. Sending you the full version and, if you are a professional, getting back to you about ChatGPT Ads: your consent when you enter your email, and our legitimate interest in contacting professionals. Security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest.
Who receives this data?
Vercel Inc. (United States) hosts the site. Anthropic PBC (United States) processes, through its API, the text entered in the generator to produce the hints; that text is not used to identify a person. Emails are passed to Hiints’ contact management tool. Appointment booking happens on the Zcal service, which has its own policy.
These transfers outside the European Union rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
How long?
Contacts are kept for three years after the last exchange. Text entered in the generator is not retained by the site beyond processing the request, except as linked to your email if you leave one. Technical logs follow the host’s retention period.
What are your rights?
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. To exercise them, call +33 6 69 01 39 44 stating your request: it is handled within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.
